Ixchel's Kitchen Cookbook
ISLA FOOD!!!!!!
Ixchel's Kitchen was created in 2010 as a fundraiser project for a private school on Isla Mujeres. 200 copies were printed and the books sold out in one month. It took me 6 months to compile and test recipes, edit, promote, package up and mail and $4000 US was raised. It is now available as an ibook, which is really convenient if you like to use your ipad in the kitchen, like I do.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO MORE PHYSICAL BOOKS AVAILABLE. And there will not be. They sold out in 2010 and they are cost prohibitive to print/produce. It is not going to happen. I don't even want to, so please don't suggest ways I could make it happen. LOL. thanks!
